Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to avoid mistakes on our website, however should any errors appear, we reserve the right to correct them. Many of the same items appear in several publications and locations.

We are happy to offer discounted wholesale type pricing to builders, contractors, and other businesses purchasing on our Website upon receipt of documentation, ie completed sales tax exemption forms, and copy of business licenses. Retail customers will be charged retail pricing.

Warranty Issues

 

ALL CUSTOM OR MADE TO ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

ALL PRODUCTS WILL SHIP WITH OUR HAND FINISH ANTIQUE UNLESS ITS REQUESTED. THE FINAL COLOR CAN VARY WIDELY DEPENDING ON LOCATION, ENVIRONMENT, AND OTHER FACTORS.

 

DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC WRAP UNTIL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED

 

PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE, FOR ACCIDENTAL SCRATCHES PLEASE STRIP COPPER TO THEIR NATURAL COPPER STATE.

 

General Cleaning and Maintenance Suggestion for Copper:

 

DO:

 

  • To clean, use a clean damp cloth and rinse with water immediately when to protect the finish
  • You may also wipe the surface using a light dishwashing soap with water.

 

 DO NOT:

 

  • Do not use harsh solvents or abrasive soaps.

 DO:

 

  • Inspect equipment frequently; if you notice discoloration, tarnish, or water stains, increase the frequency of your freshwater rinses to reduce accumulated chemicals.
  • Remove any rust spots as soon as possible to prevent irreversible pitting.

 

DO NOT:

 

  • Do not use steel wool or sandpaper, or mineral acids, bleaches, or chlorine cleansers.

  • Additional Charges
    • All orders will be charged a 5% handling fee (up to $150) plus freight and in the case of very large items such as: firepits or custom orders there will be additional crating charges which will be presented to you for approval prior to shipping. We will do our utmost to maintain low shipping and handling charges. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. Hazardous material charges: will be added to invoice when applicable.

Shipping

Merchandise is shipped UPS ground. Large orders such as fire pot or fire pits are shipped freight. Smaller orders are shipped UPS prepaid and collected at the time of your ordering. All items, in stock, are shipped within 24-48 hours. If not in stock our staff will notify you of the expected delivery time. Out of stock items are placed on backorder or alternative items will be suggested.

Backorders

We do our best to keep adequate supply of merchandise on hand, but many of our products are custom made to your specifications and these require processing times of which you will be notified. Also, we sometimes temporarily run short of an item, backorders will be handled as a new order.

Shortages

All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Damaged Shipment

  • UPS Shipments
    • You MUST NOTE ANY DAMAGE on the delivering drivers log, and call the transporter for an inspection report. (Keep original packaging and contents for inspection, dial customer service number shown above in "SHIPPING").
  • Trucking Company Best Way Shipments
    • You must have specific damage noted on all copies of the freight bill.

Returned Goods

All returned shipments must have Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Scottsdale Fire & Water before they are returned. (RGA number must appear on package next to address label.) Unauthorized returns will be refused. Return must be clean and like new condition, in original box and resalable. Return freight must be paid by the customer. Obsolete, discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned.

Restocking charge will be applied against all returned items as follows:

25% within 15 days of sale

30% 16-30 days of sale

No Returns after 30 days.

Special order products will not recieve authorization, unless goods are determined to be defective and under manufacturer's warranty. Allow 2 weeks to process and issue any credit.
